Ⅰ.方法 实验用海水经砂滤。将性成熟的二龄亲蛏经过阴干和流水等刺激,在白天按全遮光和自然光照分为两组,观察亲贝排放情况。
Keeping in the air and stimulated by flowing water the mature adults of S. constricta spawn during the night. To study the effect of darkening on spawning of S. constricta,two comparative experiments were carried out by using two-year-old parents both in natural light and in artifical darkened conditions. In these experiments aquarium and water vat were used as container, and raincoats made of rubbered cloth as darkening material. Experiments showed that light restrained yet darkening induced the spawni-ng.
