我国通信领域非国有投资问题刍议

A Preliminary Discussion on Non－ state－ owned Investment of Communication Area in Our Country

在市场经济条件下，非国有投资对促进经济发展起着越来越重要的作用。本文首先对我国的非国有投资现状和通信领域的投融资状况进行了初步分析，在此基础上阐述了通信领域当前加强非国有投资的诸多有利方面，并对如何加强通信领域的非国有投资提出了一些建议。

On the condition of marketing economy, non－ state－ owned investment is playing more and more important role in promoting economic development. Giving a preliminary analysis first on the present situation of non－ state－ owned investment and the condition of investing and raising funds in communication area, on the basis of which, this paper introduces many advantages of non－ state－ investment in communication area at present, and put forwards proposals on how to further intensify non－ state－ owned investment.
