经济效果评价是投资项目评价的核心内容。为了确保投资决策的正确性和科学性，建立合理的经济效果评价指标体系及正确地运用评价方法是十分重要的。但目前在相关的领域所使用的指标体系和评价方法存在着一些缺陷，本文在指出这些缺陷的基础上，提出指标体系的优化及方法改进的思路。
