摘要
本文以跃变和渐变为主线,结合国内外企业变革案例,对近年来有关企业组织变革的研究进行了归纳。最终形成的变革统一体,将跃变和渐变看成是在企业不同发展阶段交替运用的策略,并且二者间在相互转化的内在关系。
On the basis of analyzing the studies about organizational change,this thesis suggests an entity of episodic change and continuous change,which is used for enterprises depending of its development stages.and there is a transform between episodic change and continuous change.
