摘要
分工和分权只是企业组织创新的一个方面 ,作为分工和分权对立面的整合也是组织创新的重要内容。整合具有层次性。一般地 ,可以把整合划分为三个层次 ,即高层管理与中层管理的整合、职能部门之间的整合和对基层的整合。对我国企业来说 ,职能部门之间的整合尤其具有现实意义 ,外部环境变化的剧烈程度、规模的扩张状况和组织结构复杂程度是企业选择整合机制时应该考虑的主要因素。
Differentitation and decentralization are only parts of enterprise's organizational innovation. In contrast, integration is also an importany part of organizational innovation. Integration has different stages, that is ,integration between top management and middle management, integration among functional departments and integration with basic management. In the three stages, integration among functional departments is of much realistic importance to Chinese enterprises. Change of business environments, development of scales and complexity of organization structure is the main aspects for choosing integration mechanism.
