我国制造企业的资本运营与核心能力研究

制造企业的发展与成熟过程也是其核心能力的发展与成熟的过程。在核心能力成熟时制造企业应该及时进行资本运营 ,扩大市场规模并进一步强化核心能力 ,使资本运营与核心能力进入一个良性的互动运动过程 ,这应该是中国制造企业发展的一条必由之路。

The developing and maturing process of manufacturing enterprises is meanwhile the process of its core competence developing and maturing. At the latter point when its core competence comes to mature, an enterprise should run its capital timely, enlarge its markets, and further strengthen its core competence so as to enable its capital operation and core competence to keep positive interacting on each other. This is the critical path to China's manufacturing enterprises.
