Understanding the Realistic Big Enterprise

要正确回答诸如“中国需要什么样的大企业，如何发展中国的大企业”等现实而又紧迫的问题，就必须认清大企业的本质。如果试图将西方的大企业作为参照物，来发展中国的大企业，则需要特别注意二者在赖以生存的制度环境上的差异性。唯有如此，才有可能使我们心目中的大企业更贴近现实中的大企业。政府角色的重新定位，对未来中国大企业的发展至关重要。

In order to answer the realistic and urgent questions, such as“ what is the big enterprise which China needs, how to develop the Chinese big enterprises', we must understand the qualities of big enterprise. If we try to make reference to the western big enterprise and develop Chinese big enterprises, we must especially pay attention to the difference of the system environment which the two kinds enterprise rely on. Only when we do this, can we make the enterprise to press close to the realistic big enterprise. Government roles must be defined again. This is very critical to the development of Chinese big enterprise.
