我国技术创新的环境问题及其对策

Problems on Environment of Technical Innovation in China and Their Solutions

本文通过对北京中关村科技园区的一些主要公司进行实际采访和调查，概括出当前企业技术创新面临的七个方面的环境问题，包括企业产权不清和技术、管理等智力因素入股以及参与分配问题、税收优惠和公平税负问题技术创新的文化环境等问题，对这些问题进行了分析，提出了解决这些问题和改善我国技术创新环境的相应的政策建议。

This paper gathers up seven problems on environment of technical innovation, including the property right of company and technologists and managers who become shareholders, preferential taxation and impartial taxation, investment and financing for technical innovation, the protection of intellectual property right and the cultural condition of technical innovation, which the enterprises are faced with in China, by means of investigating into some major companies in Zhongguancun hi－ tech zone in Beijing, and analyzes these problems. In order to solve these problems and improve the environment of technical innovation in China, it puts forward some corresponding policy proposals.
