科技经济一体化模式探析——论“国家305项目”管理模式

Research on Integrative Mode of Science,Technology and Economy——the Management Mode on the National Project 305

“国家 305项目”在组织科技攻关中推行以“地质科研—普查勘探—矿产开发一体化”为特色的科技经济一体化模式。本文着重阐明了这一模式的理论与实践，强调指出该模式的基本点对全国科技—经济界 (特别是地矿行业 )提供了一个具有一定普遍意义的参照系，拟在有关重大科技攻关活动、深化科技—经济体制改革、开展西部资源大开发时予以借鉴。

National project 305 is using integrative mode of science, technology and economy characterized as“ integration of geological scientific research, prospecting and development of mineral resources'. This paper clarifies the theory and practice of the mode, and emphasizes that the basic of the mode has provided a prevalent reference system for the scientists and economists, especially for the industry of geology and mineral resources. It should be used for reference during the important scientific research, the reform of scientific and economic system and the great resource exploitation in western China.
