摘要
国际比较研究是国际学术界的前沿课题，但国内学术界知之甚少。本文首先对国际比较的作用、目的、研究现状和现实意义进行了系统阐述，其后对国际比较中使用的两种不同方法论进行了全面的论述与比较，并对我国开展国际比较研究提出了自己的一点看法。
： International comparison is a frontier topic in the international scientific community, which is seldom known by scholars in our country. This paper firstly systematically set forth the effects, aims, research status and operation significance on international comparison. Secondly, two different methodologies are discussed and compared in this paper. Finally, we put forward some suggestions about developing ICP and ICOP international comparison in our country.
