A Study on the Issues, Opportunities, Guidelines and Measures in the Regional Cooperationof Hebei-Beijing-Tianjin Area

本文从分析河北发展环京津经济入手 ,总结了冀京津经济合作中的存在问题和主要经验 ,分析了当前所面临的发展机遇 ,提出今后推进冀京津合作的方针和主要措施。加快建立三方协调机构 ;选择好项目促进产业区际转移 ;联合起来扩大对外开放 ,促进区域经济走向一体化。

Regional cooperation now is a trend of regional economic development in the world. After analyzing the problems and experiences of regional economic cooperation of Hebei-Beijing-Tianjin. This paper suggested that regional economic cooperation should be enhanced and an institute of negotiation among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province be established. And based on choosing the main projects, the industries' transfer from one place to another should be accelerated. Finally, the regional integration would come true within the omnidirectional openness to everywhere.
