摘要
已往的研究表明丹酚酸A有很强的抗氧化活性。本文研究了丹酚酸A对氧自由基引起的大鼠心脏和肝脏线粒体损伤的保护作用。结果表明,丹酚酸A可抑制铁一半胱氨酸引起的线粒体脂质过氧化和ATP酶活性的丧失。脂质过氧化引起的心脏和肝脏线粒体肿胀以及肝脏线粒体膜流动性下降均可被丹酚酸A抑制。同时丹酚酸A对超氧阴离子和羟自由基具有清除作用。进一步证明丹酚酸A具有抗氧化活性。
It was found that salvianolic acid A (Sai A) showed potent antioxidant activities. Protective effects of Sai A on rat heart and liver mitochondria injury induced by oxygen radicals were investigated in the present study. The mitochondrial lipid peroxidation induced by ferrous-cysteine system was significantly inhibited by Sai A, while the inactivation of ATPase due to the lipid peroxidation was prevented. The swelling of liver and heart mitochondria and the membrane rigidification of liver mitochondria of rats in the course of lipid peroxidation induced by ferrous ion were markedly inhibited by Sai A. Sai A also showed its activity of scavenging superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical. These results further confirm that Sai A possesses antioxidant activity.
