摘要 对21例开角型青光眼的C/D、RNFLD、定量视野与P-VEP的潜伏期进行比较。结果表明:P-VEP的潜伏期与C/D、RNFLD有明显的相关,性但早期青光限中P-VEP延长的发生率较低。认为P-VEP对青光眼的早期诊断意义是有限的,但仍不失为一项观察青光眼视神经损害的客观指标。 Twenty-one patients with open angle glaucoma were studied to assess the contribution of C/D, RNFLD and field defects with glaucoma to the latency increase in P-VEP. The visual field of each eye was examined quantitatively and the C/D and RNFLD were precisely assessed with magnified stereoscope fundus photography. The result showed that there was low rate of latency prolongation in P-VEP among the early glaucomas, but there were significant correlations between P-VEP latency and C/D,RNFLD with glaucoma. We concluded that P-VEP is not an adequate method for the detection of early glaucoma. This method may be useful, however, an objective monitor for progression of optic nerve damage in glaucoma.
