小梁咬切标本病理发现与降压关系

Relationship between Pathological Finding and Decreasing Intraocular Pressure in 30 Samples from 27 Cases

27例30眼小梁咬切标本镜下观察,见有网状管状组织并衬以内皮细胞属小梁组织者15眼;只见纤维结缔组织结构,未见小梁者15眼。经观察,切到小梁组织和未切到小梁组织,其术后降压效果,并无明显差异。

There were 30 samples through trabeculectomy with a punch, which were examined under the microscope. In 15 samples trabecular tissues were found which were meshwork and cannel tissues and lined with endothelial cells. In the other 15 samples trabecular tissues were not found, only fibrous connective tissue structure. In the two groups studied, there was no significant difference in decreasing intraocular pressure.
