大鼠脑单胺类递质代谢与衰老的关系 被引量:9

摘要 本文测定了不同年龄组雌性大鼠3个脑区的单胺类递质及其代谢物含量和单胺氧化酶活性。结果表明,多巴胺含量在中年大鼠的大脑和间脑以及老年大鼠的大脑与青年组相比明显降低;老年大鼠的脑干多巴胺含量与中年组比也显著降低。去甲肾上腺素含量在老年大鼠的大脑及脑干与青年组比明显降低。 5—羟色胺和5—羟吲哚乙酸含量变化较复杂。MAO活性在老年大鼠的大脑和脑干两型均增高。而间脑A型MAO活性降低。 The contents of monoamine mediators, their metabolites, and the monoa-mine oxidase activity from three brain sections in female rats of different age groups were determined. The dopamine (DA) values in the cerebrum and diencephalon in rats of the middle-aged group(MAG) and cerebrum in rata of the aged group (AG) were decreased significantly when compared with those of the young-aged group (YAG). The DA contents in the brain stem of the AG were also significantly decreased when compared with those of the MAG. The NE contents in the cerebrum and brain stem of the AG were significantly decreased when compared with those of the YAG.The changes in 5-HT and 5-HIAA contents were more complex.The activity of both types of MAO was increased in the cerebrum and brain stem, while the activity of A-type of MAO was decreased in diencephalon.
