摘要
本实验研究了美容牌冷溶染发露对小鼠的急性毒性作用及对小鼠骨髓细胞的微核试验。试验结果证明,腹腔注射本品,剂量达150mg/kg时,可引起小鼠死亡。本品微核试验采取一次给药取样和两次给药取样方法,观察小鼠骨髓嗜多柒红细胞微核产生情况,均获阳性结果,达到最大存活剂量(125mg/kg)时,微核率均明显下降。
Meirongpai hair dye was tested for acute toxicity, and micronucleus test was performed in mice.The toxicity of this hair dye was fully proved, and the animals would die with a dose of 150 mg/kg. There was a tendency for the mortality to increase with an increasing dosage, and for the time of onset of death to be shortened.The authors also studied and compared the micronuclear production between samplings after one time and two times of treatment .Micronucleus test was positive in both methods. Correlation test demonstrated the presence of a dose-effect response. The incidence of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of the bone marrow in mice was significantly higher in both samplings, but samplings after two treatments were more sensitive than those after only one treatment.
