短暂性脑缺血发作的自然史——88例病人1～7年的随访

THE NATURAL HISTORY OF TRANSIENT ISCHEMIC ATTACKS OF BRAIN:A 1-7 YEARS FOLLOW-UP STUDY OF 88 CASES

本文对88例短暂性脑缺血发作进行了1～7年的随访,运用寿命表方法分析了累积生存率、累积显效率和累积梗塞率。与国内外文献中其他3组比较,发现这4组死亡率的差异可用各组随访时间长短不同解释。本组病人未予特异治疗,但实际的梗塞发生率并不显著高于进行正规抗血小板治疗的美-加协作研究组。

Eighty-eight cases of transient ischemic attacks (TIA) were followed up for a period of 1—7 years. The cumulative survival rate, cumulative marked improvement rate and cumulative infarction rate were determined by the life-table method. In comparison with the other 3 series in the literature, the differences of mortality rates among the 4 series could be explained by the lengths of the follow-up period. No specific therapy was given in the 88 patients, however the actual incidence of infarction was not significantly higher than that of those patients treated with standard antiplatelet drug in the American-Canadian Cooperative Study.
