摘要
从大鼠肾小管刷状缘微绒毛上提取了小管上皮抗原(Tub—Ag),并用动物实验鉴定出经Bio—GelA1.5m(100~200mesh)过滤洗脱的Tub—Ag致肾炎性片段(C峰蛋白)。大鼠接受C峰抗原免疫后可产生典型的主动性Heymann肾炎,观察该肾炎病变演变过程发现:其临床及病理学变化十分类似人类膜性肾小球肾炎。提示:用Tub—Ag免疫所致的大鼠Heymann肾炎确为研究膜性肾炎的良好模型之一。
In this experiment , tubular epithelial antigen (Tub-Ag) from renal tubular brush border microvillus membranes of normal rats was isolated. And nephritogenic fractions ( protein in peak C ) of Tub-Ag by gelfiltration on Bio-Gel A 1.5m ( 100-200mesh ) were eharacterized by animal experiment. The rats received injection of peak C developed a typical features of active Heymann nephritis. The observation on the developing course of the Hey-mann nephritis indicated that the clinicopathologic changes of it closely resemble that of human membranous glomerulonephritis. The results suggest that the Heymann nephritis induced by immunizing rats with the homologous Tub-Ag is a relatively better laboratory model on the study of membranous nephritis.
