摘要
丙硫咪唑400mg、400mg×2顿服,治疗钩虫感染140例,虫卵阴转率为86.8~97%,蛔虫卵阴转率为95.6%~96.9%,鞭虫卵阴转率为43.2~52.7%。200mg和400mg治疗幼儿蛲虫,虫卵阴转率为96.5、98.9%。比利时的甲苯咪唑口服液200mg bid×3d,钩虫卵阴转率为94.4%,两药副反应轻微、暂短,均可自行消失。
A total of 364 cases of intestinal nematode infections, 140 with hookworm and 224 with pinworm, were selected for study. The hookworm g-roup received albendazole 400 mg stat., 400 mg q.d for 2 days or 400 mg b.i.d. for one day. The egg negative conversion rates achieved ( Kato-Katz technique ) were 86.8%,92.8% and 97.0% respectively. The egg negative conversion rates were 95.6-96.9%for ascaris and were 43.2-52.7%for tric-huris. Oral mebendazole suspension 200mg b. i. d. for three days was tried to treat 18 cases of hookworm infection and the egg negative conversion rate was 94.4%, while that of the control group of 19 cases treated with levamisole 2mg/kg q.d for three days was 68.4%. The pinworm group was treated with stat. dose of albendazole 200 or 400mg and the egg negative conversion rates (cellophane technique) were 96.5%and 98.9% respectively. The side reactions of albendazole and mebendazole were mild, transient and self-limited.
