摘要
应用斑点免疫金银染色法检测35例华支睾吸虫病人血清中抗体,同时检测35例正常人血清。血清稀释度1:20、1:40和1:80,35例病人血清阳性率100％,正常人血清均为阴性。10例血吸虫病人血清检测无交叉反应,但10例肺吸虫病人血清中4例为阳性反应。
Sera from 35 Parasitologically confirmed clonorchiasis patients were tested by Dot-IGSS with soluble antigen extracted from adult worms of clonorchis sinensis. The results showed that the positive rate was 100% at 1 : 20, 1 : 40 and1 : 80serum dilution while none of the 35 normal controls tested simultaneously showed positive reaction .Sera from 10 schistosomiasis and 10 paragonimiasis cases were tested for cross reaction. The results showed that 4 paragonimiasis cases were positive reaction for cross reaction.
