摘要
用改良荧光比色法测定孕妇尿中雌三醇（Ｅ３）含量。本法批内ＣＶ为１．５％～１．９％，批间ＣＶ分别为３．２％和４．０％。用本法测定２０６例不同孕周孕妇２４小时尿中Ｅ３含量，其结果能够确切地反映中晚妊尿中Ｅ３排出量的变化。
An improved fluorometric method for determining total estriol(E3) in pregnancy urine was introduced.The within-run CVs were 1.5%～1.9% (x=33.5～139.3μmol/L);the between-run CVs were 3.2%(x = 51.3μmol/L) and 4.0%(x32.8μmol/L),respectively.206 urine samples from pregnant women at various stages of pregnancy were detected by this method, the result showed that this method is capable of reflecting the changes of urinary estral in pregnancy.
