摘要
电刺激35只猫“怒吼中枢”诱发典型的假怒反应,以此作为生理心理学实验的怒情绪动物模型。实验发现猫假怒反应对肝胆汁流量呈抑制性效应,在刺激停止后5min内胆汁流量明显减少,怒吼中枢可能为情绪影响胆汁流量的中枢相对特异性区域。猫假怒反应时肾素释放增加,切断双侧肾神经后此效应消失,表明假怒反应时肾素释放增多是经肾神经实现的。
The experiments were performed on thirty-five anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital(35mg/kg)under acute and chronic experimental conditions.The results indicated that the shame-rage response induced by sti-mulating GC has a great value as an animal model of rage emotion in physio psychological experiment。The shame-rage response has a negative effect on the hepatic bile flow.The possible mechanisms are that the sympathetic nerves activated by rage emotional response induce the contraction of the bile duct,the hepatic microcirculation contraction,the decrease of the hepa-tic bile duct secretion.GC,perhapes,is one of the specific central region in affecting hepatic biIe flow.The shame-rage response induced by stimulating GC increases renin release.The effect was blocked when the bilateral renal nerves were cut.This result indicates that the increase of the renin release is via the renal nerves.
