摘要
通过闭路电视录相系统及生物医学图象处理系统,对正常及肝损伤兔耳窗皮肤的微血管进行了连续动态观察及定量检测。同时静脉注射山莨菪碱,观察分析了该药对肝损伤后微动脉、微静脉扩张作用及自律运动的影响,结果发现肝损伤后24~48h,微动脉、微静脉及动静脉吻合痉挛,注山莨菪碱后,微动脉及微静脉迅速扩张,持续时间较短,自律运动及扩张幅度有个体差异。
Sixteen rabbits weighing 2.5-3 kg were used for this study.Experiments were conducted 4 weeks following insertion of ear chambers and the behaviour of the microvessels in concious normal and abnormal (after injection of CCl_4)rabbits were observed by intraverted microscopynd circuit TV monitor equiped with a video-timer,GPT was examined.The color record was imputed into image processing system.The images andedges of the vessels were enhanced and the edges of vessels were sharpened.The diameters of the vessels were measured by microcomputer accurately.The wave-form curves of the spontaneously vasomotion was shown on screen and printed.Several parameters about variation of the diameters of the vessels,time and amplitude were given.The rabbits were injected with Chinese medicine—anisodamine(654-2).Poisoning of CCl_4 after 24-48h,the arterioles,venules and arteriovenous anastomosis in the labbit′s ear chamber were contracted.After injecting 654-2 the arterioles and venules were dialated.The amplitudes of the dialations of the arterioles were larger than the venules.
