摘要
采用ICSⅡ型免疫化学分析仪-速率散射比浊法测定了22名炎症性牙周病患者及10名正常人血清α_1-抗胰蛋白酶和α_2-巨球蛋白浓度。结果:炎症性牙周病患者血清α_1-抗胰蛋白酶和α_2-巨球蛋白浓度高于正常对照组,且α_1-抗胰蛋白酶与牙周炎症程度(牙龈指数)呈显著正相关,α_2-巨球蛋白与牙周袋深度呈显著负相关。提示机体可增加蛋白酶抑制因子合成,以抑制或排除过多的蛋白溶解酶,其中α_1-抗胰蛋白酶较α_2-巨球蛋白可能更重要。
The concentrations of α_1-antitrypsin(AAT)and α_2-macro-globulin(AMG)in the sera of 22 patients with inflammatory periodon-tal disease and 10 healthy persons were measured by rate nephelometry with ICS analyzer Ⅱ immunochemistry systems.The results showed that
the concentrations of AAT and AMG in the sera of patients with periodon-tal disease were higher than those in the sera of healthy persons andstatistically significant positive correlation between the concentration of
AAT and gingival index and negative correlation between AMG and perio-dontal pocket depth were found.These results suggested that increased levels of proteinases might trigger the synthesis of proteinase inhibitors in the
host,of which AAT might play more important role than AMG.
