用丈夫淋巴细胞行HLA免疫疗法治疗重复性早期自然流产(附33例分析)

TREATMENT OF RECURRENT EARLY SPONTANEOUS ABORTIONS BY IMMUNIZATION WITH THEIR HUSBANDS′LYMPHOCYTES:A REPORT OF 33 CASES

33例仅因妻体内无丈夫HLA抗体而致重复性早期自然流产者,在孕前或早孕期,皮内注射丈夫淋巴细胞行HLA免疫疗法,33例妊娠31例,26例妊娠成功获成活儿,占83.87%,5例流产,占16.12%。

We used HLA immunotherapy to HLA-Ab negative patients 33cases,who had a history of recurrent early spontaneous abortions,fromFeb.1987 to Mar.1989.Among them,31 cases were pregnancy.26 cases of31 pregnant cases delivered of live babies.Successful rate was 83.87%.Weconsider HLA immunotherapy,which can made women produce an antihus-band′s HLA-Abs,induced blocking negative patients,who had had recur-rent spontaneous(or habitual)abortions.
