液中干燥法制备磺胺甲噻二唑微型胶囊及缓释性研究 被引量:2

摘要 用明胶为包囊材料,用液中干燥法对磺胺甲噻二唑(SMT)进行微囊化研究。结果表明,所得球形微囊分散性好,收率达80%以上,药物含量达93.25%,微囊中残留甲醛的含量为0.42%(μg/g);释放试验表明,释放60min后,SMT微囊仅释放出27.33%,而SMT粉末则释放达100%。 The preparation of sulfamethizole(SMT)microcapsule and its sustained release was studied by the method of intra-liquid desi(?)ation.The results showed that 1.SMT spherical microcapsules had a good disper-sivity.2.The yield of microcapsuels was over 80% and the content of drugwas 93.25% in microcapsule.3.The content of residual formaldehyde was0.42%(μg/g).The results also showed that SMT released only 27.33%in microcapsule while 100% in powder after 60 min.It is suggested that SMT microcapsule had a significant sustained releasing effect.
