为肋间动脉与冠状动脉搭桥术提供解剖学资料,在40侧成年尸体上对第七、八对肋间动脉进行了观察.左侧第七肋间动脉至液后线长平均为19.5cm.至锁骨中线为26cm;左侧第八肋间动脉长分别为19.7cm和27.5cm;右侧第七肋间动脉长分别为20.7cm和27.5cm;右侧第八肋间动脉长分别为21.2cm和28cm.

The seventh and eighth intercostal arteries of both sides were observed and peasured on 20 adult cadavers. On the left side, the lengths of the seventh intercostal artery, from ca- pitulum costae to the posterior axilla- ry line and to the midclavicular line, are respectively 19.5cm and 26cm. the lengths of the eighth intercostal arte- ry are 19.7cm and 27.5cm. On the right side, the lengths of the seve- nth intercostal artery are 20.7cm and 27.5cm, the lengths of the eighth are 21.2cm and 28cm. These anatomical data would be of help for the clinical design of coronary bypass.
