摘要
设计波浪是海洋工程设计的重要问题之一。本文对利用短期测波资料推算设计波浪要素的奥奇方法和《海港水文》规范附录方法进行了讨论。两个实例的计算结果表明:奥奇方法虽然可以较好地吻合实测波浪分布,但其计算比较麻烦;规范方法中目估定线存在一些人为因素;而利用最小二乘方法计算简单,效果较好,特别当去掉高累积频率端的几个点后,效果就更好,可以用于工程实际。
The estimation of extreme wave height is one of the important factors in ocean engineering design.In this paper,both methods povided by Ochi and 'Hydrplogy Standard Specifications for Port and Harbour' (HSSPH) are discussed.The results of the calculation for two practical examples show that although the method of Ochi agreed fairly well with the observations,the calculation is rather complicated.And the method of HSSPH has some defacts on using visual-estimating line vunerable to personal-factors.Yet the method of least square,however,is quite simple and effective,especially satisfactory for the cases eliminating a few points in the data at high cumulative frequency end.It is recommended for actual projects.
