摘要
作者以自制复方薤白雾化吸入剂,结合清肺化痰或温肺化饮方治疗本病发作期21例。总有效率为85.71％,疗效明显优于对照组,证明本方具有抗感染、祛痰止咳、解除气道阻塞、改善通气及降低血粘度等作用。
Using Compound inhalant of Bulbus Allii Macrostemi and applying the method of clearing and resolving phlegm-heat and that of warming the lung to resolve phlegm respectively for cold and heat syndromes, the auther treated 21 cases of chronic obstructive pneumonia during the stage of attack. The total effective rate was 85.71%. This method has the effect of relieving infection, dispelling phlegm to relieve cough, removing obstruction in the air passage and reduce blood viscosity. No obvious toxic side-effects were found.
