摘要
黄芩甙(Baicaein)是中药黄芩的主要有效成分,有抑菌、抗炎抗变态反应等药理作用。近年来就黄芩甙对脂质对氧化的影响和对高脂血症治疗等方面的研究也取得进展。而Cu、Ni、Co是人体必需的微量元素,其中Ca(Ⅱ)可以形成铜蛋白,是一种氧载体;Co(Ⅱ)是VB_(12)的主体。
Baicalin is a main efficacious component of scutellaria baicalinsis Georgi and has antiphlogistic function. The Baicalin molecule is a kind of flavonoids. It is confirmed by UV and IR photoelection spectrometry and quantum chemistry that flavonoid has a strong chelating effect. Cu,Co and Ni are trace elements necessary for human body. We extracted pure Baicalin from the Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi and then synthesized baicalin with Cu,Co and Ni respectively, thus obtaining three different compounds. By analysing the UV and IR spectra of Baicalin and its compounds of Cu.Ni and Co,we can conclude that in the synthesis Baicalin is combined with Carbonyl of Carboxy,4-carkonyl,5-hydroxy and metal ions. By studying the data from element analysis we can know the possible structrues of the three Baicalin Compounds. Such research has opened a new path for the synthesis of Baicalin compounds and transitional metal ions and laid a foundation for the further study of their medical effects.
