摘要
论述了光合细菌中的螺菌科(红色无硫细菌),该科种类可以利用各种不同有机物作为电子受体和碳源,在厌氧光照下呈有机光能营养型,在有氧黑暗条件下又是有机化能营养型。这是一种重要的潜在生物资源,已被用来处理高浓度有机废水;其菌体又是一种良好的单细胞蛋白(SCP),可做为水产养殖业中鱼虾等的饲料,亦正被广泛地应用于农业的其它方面。
The general proprty and function of purple nonsulf ur bacteria,Rhodospirillaceae,is highlighted in this paper.The bactiria of the family are capable to utilize a variety of organic compounds as electron donors and carbon sources,exhibiting pronounced photoorganotrophy in the anaerobic-Light Condition but chemoorganotrophy in aerobic-dark condition.As potential bioresources,they are important organisms in the treatment of organic wastewater and as feed in aquaculture.
