杉木树皮制木材用胶粘剂的研究

A Study on the Adhesive Made from Chinese Fir Bark for Plywood Use

本文首次将杉木树皮经过碱降解和改性剂改性制成改性杉木树皮（ＭＣＦＢ），并以此为基础，加入３０％～５０％水溶性酚醛树脂（ＰＦ）制成改性杉木树皮－酚醛树脂胶（ＭＣＦＢ－ＰＦ），用于制造三层马尾松胶合板，其胶合强度达到ＧＢ９８４６．４－８８Ⅰ类胶合板的标准．ＭＣＦＢ－ＰＦ的成本仅为ＰＦ成本的５８％．

This peper, for the first time, reports the modified Chinese fir bark (MCFB) and its co-adhesive(MCFB-PF) consisting of 30%～50% PF. The co-adhesive is applied to the masson pine plywood and the bond strength conforms to the standard of plywood for external use (GB9846. 4-88). The cost of MCFBPF is only 58% of the PF's.
