摘要
本文介绍了珍珠加工的基本原理,并提出作为评判珍珠加工质量的简单标准。利用优选法优选影响珍珠加工周期和加工质量的有关因子,同时合理安排多配方协同作用的结果,逐步总结出“ZP—Ⅱ珍珠漂白法”。“ZP—Ⅱ珍珠漂白法”比原工艺“ZP—珍珠漂白法”缩短了加工周期一半,并明显提高了珍珠加工质量。
The basic principle of pearl processing and the simple standard for judging the quality of pearl processing were introduced in this paper. By using the optimum seeking method the factors affecting the period and quality of pearl processing were optimized. Meanwhile, the multi-prescription of chemicals was arranged properly for a coordinated action, and the method for bleaching pearl-'ZP-Ⅱ method' was summarized step by step by step. Compared with 'ZP-Ⅰ method,' the proccessing period with 'ZP-Ⅱ method', is shortened 2 time and the quality of pearl processing was improved.
