摘要
本文报道了盐度、温度、pH、氨氮及鱼体重变化对黑鲷稚鱼耗氧率的影响,依照右田介绍的方法,估算了其体重维持量。
This paper described the influence of salinity,temperature,pH,NH4-N and body weight on the oxygen consumption(OC) of juvenile black porgy Spams macrocephalus (Basilewsky).OC of juvenile increased as salinity rose from 10 to 20,but became stable when salinity was higher than 20.Low temperature of water lowered the rate of OC and high temperature increased it OC increased as the total NH4-N level rose from 0 to 1*****x10-6 beyond which it decreased.OC was in proportion to the juvenile body weight.The die.t requirement for weight maintainance was estimated at 20.02 ~40.64 mg/kg**********..day by Mikita's method.
