摘要
用“改良壕沟法”和“全根法”调查厚朴(Magnolia officinalis)根系后,厚朴属浅根性树种,主根不明显,侧根十分发达,垂直密集分布在10～40cm,占87.7%。根幅为冠幅的2～4倍,趋肥性和好气性强。为此对厚朴幼林要加强松土除草等抚育管理。
Having investigated root system of Magnolia officinalis by the 'improved di-
tch method' and the 'wholeroot method', they reported that Magnolia officinalis is a tree
of shallow-rooted, with unclear main root but lateral root very flourishing that distribute
densely in soil of 10-40 cm deep, and account for 87.7% of a whole root system. The width
of root is 2-4 times big of the width of crown, besides, the root has strong fertiletaxis and
airlikeness. Hence, in young growth of Magnolia officinalis, tending measures, especially
those of losening soil. weeding and etc.
