用天然浮游动物培育真鲷Pagrosomus major仔稚鱼的试验

GROWTH AND SURVIVAL OF LARVAE OF Pagrosmus major FED ON ZOOPLNKTON AND REDUCTION IN DIET COST

用以桡足类为主的天然浮游动物全部代替和部分代替卤虫无节幼体投喂真鲷仔稚鱼,培育16天,得到如下结果:1)浮游动物和卤虫按1:2密度混合投喂或全部投喂浮游动物,仔稚鱼成活率较全投喂卤虫提高31.9％～34.4％;2)按上述方法投喂浮游动物,较全喂卤虫降低中期饵料成本15.2％～28.8％;3)投喂浮游动物时,仔稚鱼活力强、无畸形,生长较整齐。

A comparison has been made through a 16-day experiment on the growth and survival of larvae of Pagrosmus major fed in three groups on 1) zoopl-ankton only,mostly copepod,2) the mixture of zooplankton and the naup-lius of Anemia saline and 3)the nauplius of A.saline only.The results indicate that in group i),and group 2) provided the mixing ratio of zooplan-kton to the nauplius of A.saline was 1:2,the survival rate of the lavac increased by 31.9%~34.4% and the diet cost was reduced by 15.2%~28.8% than that of group 3) respectively.The lavae fed in group 1) and 2) appeared active and developed well with no deformity.
