河北省小麦白粉菌群体毒性组成和小麦品种抗性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Population Virulence of Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici and Resistance of 21 Wheat Cultivars to Powdery Mildew in Hebei

摘要 本研究采用离体活动圆法对河北省小麦白粉菌群体组成进行了分析,并对21个待推广品种的抗病性进行了鉴定。结果表明,毒性基因V_1、V_2、V(3b)、V_(3c)和V_5的相对频率高于72.22%,是河北省小麦白粉菌的优势群体;V_(4a)较少,相对频率只有8.09%,V_(3a)、V_6和V_7介于以上二者之间,相对频率为44.10—61.63%。在河北省21个待推广品种中,京农84—45的相对毒力频率位为33.84%,对白粉病有较好的抗性,冀植88—5138,冀植88—5067等6个品种是高感品种,相对毒力频率值高于76.01%;;冀植87—5003,冀植88—4018等16个品种的相对毒力频率值为41.25~72.70%,属于中间类型,对白粉病有一定的抗性,在推广利用时应密切注意发病程度的变化。 The virulence of the population of Erysiphe graminis f. sp. tritici collected from Hebei Province in 1991 and the resistance of 21 wheat cultivars to be released were studied by using the method of analysis of virulence frequency developed by Wolfe and Schwarzbach. The results showed that the virulent genes V1, V2, V3b, V3 c and V5 were common(>72.22% in relative frequencies); V4a was rare (8.09%) and V3a, V6 and V7 were intermediate (44.10—61.63%). Among the 21 wheat cultivars studied, only one, Jingnong 84—45, was resistant (Its relative frequency of virulence was 33.84%); 6 cultivars such as Jizhi 88—5138, Jizhi 88—5067, etc. were susceptible (>76.01%) and 16 cultivars such as Jizhi 87—5003, Jizhi 88—4018, etc. were intermediate (41.25—72.70%). The usefulness of the cultivars was discussed according to the resistance to powdery mildew.
