摘要
盆钵试验表明,3种有机物料(麦秸、马粪、牛粪)均可提高中壤质潮土的酶活性,并有一定的持久性。土壤酶活性与有机物料用量之间存在着显著或极显著的直接正相关关系。有机物料对蔗糖酶、脲酶活性的影响最大,对过氧化氢酶的影响较小,对碱性、中性磷酸酶的影响很小。不同有机物料对土壤酶活性的影响程度不同。其顺序是:蔗糖酶:麦秸>牛粪>马粪;脲酶;牛粪>马粪、麦秸;过氧化氢酶:麦秸>马粪>牛粪;中性磷酸酶;麦秸>牛粪>马粪;碱性磷酸酶:三者基本相同。
The result of the pot incudation showed that the organic materials could increase the enzyme activities of medium loam Chao soil for long.To predict the effect of organic material levels added on the various soil enzyme activities, the regression equations were calculated and exhibited siginificant or strong postive correlation.The effect of the organic materials on catalase activity was greater than that on alkaline or neutral phosphatase activity, and it was greatest on invertase or urease activity.The effective degrees of various organic materials on the soil enzyme activities were different.The effective order as follows: (a) invertase: wheat straw>cow excrement>horse excrement; (b)urease: cow excrement>horse excrement or wheat straw; (c)catalase: wheat straw> >horse excrement>cow excrement; (d)neutral phosphatase: wheat straw>cow excrement>horse excrement>horse excrement; (e)alkaline phosphatase: roughly the same.
