土壤Hg^(2+)和有机质对夏谷生长发育的影响

摘要 随土壤Hg^(2+)浓度的升高,夏谷幼苗死亡率提高,单株绿叶面积及干物质积累量减少,植株生长发育迟缓。Hg^(2+)对夏谷幼苗危害严重,随植株生长发育,其危害程度逐渐减弱。当土壤有机质含量为1.59%,投加Hg^(2+)浓度达15ppm时,夏谷单株产量才明显下降。土壤Hg^(2+)浓度和有机质含量对夏谷千粒重影响不大。提高土壤有机质含量可明显减弱Hg^(2+)的危害,即有机质对Hg^(2+)的危害具有一定的解毒效应。 This study was conducted with pot culture in order to investigate t he effects of Soil Hg^(2+) and organic matterson development and yield of summer millet. The results showed that percentage dead of young plants increased, but plant height, leaf area, dry matter accumulation and yield decreased as the rising of Hg^(2+) concentration in soil. Kernel weight was not influnced by either Hg^(2+) concentration or organic matter percentage. The effects of Hg^(2+) on summer millet were serious at seedling stage and became more and more smaller in degree during plant development. Opposite effects were found with treatments of organic matter. this showed that organic matter in soil seemed to have an deoxification on Hg^(2+)+effect.
