大白菜不育株的组织培养及其鉴定

摘要 实验以大白菜“唐山两用系”的无菌籽苗为接种材料。在附加激素的MS培养基上诱导幼芽形成,建立单株无性系。经过花期鉴定选出雄性不育的单株无性系进行继代培养和繁殖,为杂交制种提供雄性不育的亲本材料。试管苗繁殖力较强,生根容易,移栽成活率高,在田间能正常生长、开花、结实。 The seedlings of Chinese cabbage (Tangshan double line) are explanted and cultured on the Marashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with hormones (KT.BA.IAA.IBA) to induce axillary buds and form single plant clones.Male sterile plant clones identified from the clones were cultured and multiplied continuously in the test tubes.The sterile plant clones can be used for hybrid seeds production. The explants were cultured under a condition of 23—25℃ with 2000 lux fluorescent light 12 hours a day.The young plants multiplied rapidly, rooted easily in the test tubes and grew well in field.
