摘要 细菌素是由细菌产生的对同种间的其它菌系或近缘细菌有杀伤作用的非增殖性的蛋白质性物质。有些细菌素对种外细菌也有抑制作用。农杆菌素84对桃树等许多植物的根癌病显示有近100%的实际防病效果,并在许多国家实用化。除此之外,虽然在许多植物病原细菌中发现都可以产生细菌素,但实际应用的还很少。目前,在产细菌素无毒菌株和致病菌株相互作用的遗传关系等许多方面还存有许多不明之处,有待今后研究明确。 Bacteriocins are irreproductive proteins which are produced by bacteria themselves and could kill the others within the same species and closely relative bacteria. Some bacteriocins could also inhibit bacteria outside their species. About 100 percent disease-proof effect could be reached for Agrocin 80 to control root cancer of peach and many other plants, and widely used in many countries. Besides, although lots of plant patho-bacteria could all produce bacteriocins, little is used in practice. The genetic relationship on interreaction between avirulent isolates of producing bacteriocin and patho-isolates, etc. has not yet been understood, and therefore, further researches are required.
