摘要
介绍了利用计算机图像自动识别技术建立高效强激光波前检测系统的设计方法 ,整个系统采用 DELPHI编制并运行在 WINDOWS95/98平台上 ,利用数字图像处理技术以及 Del-phi的可视化及面向对象编程技术 ,实现对激光衍射焦斑阵列图像进行自动识别与处理 ,用计算机软件实现了常规 Hartmann- Shack传感器中子透镜阵列的子光束聚焦过程 。
The paper describes a method of a how to use image auto recognition technology to establish an effective measuring system for the wavefront of high power laser.The system is designed with Delphi language and running under the windows95/98 operating system.The system uses digital image processing technology,visualization and OOP of Delphi to accomplish the measurement of the center of optical diffraction spots(ODS)in a high power laser diffraction spot array.The computer software accomplishes the focusing procedure of small optical beams in hole array instead of in sub lens array of normal Hartmann Shack sensor and then achieves the wavefrontmeasurement of high power laser system.
