本文介绍了日本三菱公司生产的不具有对被驱动ＩＧＢＴ进行就地式任何保护的Ｎ沟道ＩＧＢＴ模块厚膜驱动器，给出了Ｍ５７９５７Ｌ与Ｍ５７９５８Ｌ的引脚排列、各引脚的名称、功能、用法、主要设计特点和电参数限制，剖析了其的内部结构和工作原理，进而探讨了其应用技术。
The n-channel IGBT module thick-film driver without protection from Mitsubish was introduced. The lead array, name of each lead, function, usage, features and electrical parametric limits of M57957L and M57958L were presented. Their internal structure, working principles and application were discussed.
