摘要
激光在医学上的临床应用大多与热有关。本文从激光 -生物组织热相互作用的本质分析了热的产生、储存、传输和损失 ,从数学上描述了组织传热的 3种方式 :辐射、传导及对流 ,推导出组织热平衡方程 ,在此基础上阐述了激光 -组织热作用模拟的基本思想。
The clinical application of laser is strongly depended on thermal properties of tissue.In this paper,the thermal nature of laser-tissue interaction is denoted by analyzing formation,storage,diffusion and loss of bio-tissue energy deposited by laser irradiation.Following mathematically presented the basic ways of heat transferring:radiation,conduction and convection,and derived the equation of heat balance,furthermore,the principles modeling the thermal interaction are hold out based the heat balance equation.
