摘要
本文介绍了目前生物医学光子学领域内引人注目的新技术—扩散光子密度波技术的理论基础、系统及国内外的最新进展。首先 ,概述了描述光子在混浊介质中传输的各种理论 ,不同理论间的相互关系及适用范围。随后 ,介绍了适用于大组织的扩散理论及基于扩散理论的时域和频域技术。重点介绍频域技术及相关的应用和系统 ,并进行了比较。总结了国内外在这一技术上取得的进展及其可能的应用前景。
The paper introduces the present knowledge of the theory and technology of diffusion photon density wave (DPDW) which have been focus of the recent research.We discuss the relationship among various theories that have been presented to describe light diffusion in turbid medium such as tissues,and indicate the usefulness and limitations of these theories.Then we discuss diffusion theory and the relative time/frequency domain techniques in detail.Special attention is paid to the frequency domain technique and relevant systems for different applications.The new progress and prospect of the technology are presented.
