摘要 介绍了半导体全光开关的种类、特点和应用 .根据其结构形式 ,半导体全光开关可分为平面型和波导型两种 .根据其工作机理 ,波导型全光开关又可分为相移型和频移型两类 .同时 ,在已经报道的 1 0 0 The paper presents the sorts, features and applications of semiconductor all optical switches. According to their structures, the switches can be divided into planar type and waveguide type. According to their operation principles, they can be divided into phase shift type and frequency shift type. The high efficiency of all optical switching has been proved in 100 Gbit/s optical transmission experiment.
