摘要
介绍了用于磁机械共振型传感器的主要功能元件——非晶态铁磁薄带的制备方法 ,从理论上分析了各因素对非晶态铁磁薄带的磁机械耦合系数的影响 ,并对其进行了测量。
The preparing method of ferromagnetic amorphous ribbon, which is the main functienal component of the magneto mechanical resonant marker, is introduced in this paper. Then the factors that affect magneto mechanical coupling are discussed and approved by experiments.
