我国高等医学检验专业从兴办到现在已形成了层次齐全、形式多样的完整教育体系。今后发展措施多渠道扩大师资队伍，并给予培养提高；建立通用基础与亚专业结合的课程体系，重视实践性教学环节；加强教材建设；实习基地必须具备一定的条件；规范检验医师的岗位培训教育。

In our country the specialty of medical laboratory tests and analysis in higher medicalschool has formed a comprehensive instruction system with all levels and varieties.Its developmentahead should be as follows:The teaching staff should be expanded and trainedthrough various channels；the basic curriculum system combined with its subspecialties be setup；practical links in instruction be taken seriously；the construction of teaching materials beenhanced；the base for internship be of due level；service training of the laboratory techniciansbe standardized.
