发展高等职业教育与我国经济增长方式的转变

High Vocational Education and the Transition of the Growth Mode of Chinese Economy

本文着重探讨了高等职业教育与中国经济增长方式的关系。认为影响我国经济增长方式转变的主要原因是劳动力整体素质低下 ,尤其是应用开发型人才短缺。解决这一问题的有效途径必须是大力发展高等职业教育。因为这类教育在开发人力资源 ,提高劳动者素质。

The paper treats with the relationship of high vocational education and the transition of the growth mode of Chinese economy.According to the authors,main restriction to that transition is the low accomplishment of the labors as a whole,especially shortage of applied talents.The effective means to resolve this problem is the development of high vocational education,for the education take a great role in the exploitation of human resources,the improvement of labours' accomplishment,fostering shortage talent,and realization of the transition of the growth mode of economy.
