摘要
分析了民营企业进行文化体系构建的必要性,指出了当前许多民营企业导入文化的两种错误做法:"操之过急"和"左顾右盼",并且探讨了各自的原因及后果。在此基础之上,用图示的方法分析得出了如何正确把握企业文化的"设计区段",有利于企业实际管理人员参考借鉴。在结论部分还对此探讨的问题提出了进一步研究的方向。
In this paper, the necessity of constructing corporate culture in private corporations is analyzed, and the two wrong actions:'too late' and 'too early' are pointed out. Their causes and effect are analyzed too. On these bases, how to hold the opportunity is elicited through graphs. In the conclusion, some suggestions about researching this issue deeply are presented.
